[ale] Apache UserDir permissions

I know you need to have at least eXecutable permissions...
Personally, I have all my /home/<username> directories set to 711, and
their public_html directories set to 755 ... (rwxr-xr-x) This way the world
can Read & eXecute, but not Write.
