[ale] CD player spamming my logs

The CD player in my Enlightenment environment clogs my log sometimes when
there's no CD in the slot.  (I think it's a Gnome app, but I'm not sure.)  
The message filling the log is:

...over and over again, many times a second.  It gets messy quickly!
