My CO was already good to go.  The ILEC is offering DSL in this area as
well, and I suspect that has a lot to do with Telocity having problems
getting in here.  BTW, I am in NY, so the ILEC is Verizon.

119 days is too long to wait for Telocity and Verizon to hook up my DSL.
