[ale] 3D graphics device advice needed

If you must buy now, then the G400 max is going to be the fastest but the
voodoo3 is the best bang for the buck. The ATI is too slow. Another thing to 
consider is that support for TNT/GeForce and Voodoo5 is right around the 
corner. They will give you superior performance for a better price.
