[ale] (RedHat 7) updates to gatech mirror

You may have heard by now about the release of RedHat 7.0....

I've done a bit better job with the mirror vs. the 6.2 release, so the
Georgia Tech mirror has a copy available for the masses.

I'd also like to take this opportunity to let folks know I'm also mirroring
(directly from the respective sites) the following distros (in no particular
order):

	Debian (potato, and woody)
	YellowDog (champion-1.2)
	Mandrake (7.1)
	Caldera (eDesktop, eServer)
	Suse (various 6.1 to 7.0)
	Slackware (7.0, 7.1)
	Libranet

And various other distros from (what used to be) metalab.unc.edu.
