[ale] Apache ACL config

  Does anyone have a cookbook config of an Apache ACL that will block all
users behind the firewall from going to sites such as sex.com, F**k.org,
or the like?  One that filters on words in the target pages?  I haven't
had much luck finding a simple cut/paste config at this point.
