[ale] Graphics upon bootup

I'm wanting to see the penguin on boot up and have the following questions.


1.?? What do I need to enable in 2.2.12 to use this feature?
2.?? Can I?? change the penguin to a logo??? What format is the file?
3.?? I f I use a serial conosle, will the penguin display on the VGA console, while kernel messages goto the serial console?
