[ale] qmail wont recieve mail for virtual users

Good afternoon,
I have had qmail running for the last month with no problems. Friday afternoon
my users on a virtual domain stopped recieving mail. The return message
attached to the bounced mail is as follows, "   ----- Transcript of session follows -----
... while talking to etranscreate.com.:
>>>> RCPT To:<sysadmin at xxxxx.com>
<<< 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for sysadmin at xxxxx.com
550 5.1.1 <sysadmin at xxxxxx.com>... User unknown

This is the only domain I am currently hosting so I do not have another domain
to check it against.
Any suggestions?
