[ale] VMWare questions

Hello,

   I've got a few license of VMWare to install on
some Linux boxes we just got. We are going to
install NT 4.0 on them. However, I'm having some
major headaches figuring out how to configure
the networking stuff (mostly my fault, but also the
screwy network configuration we have to live with).
Would someone be willing to email/talk off-line
on networking in VMWare?
