[ale] Email Question

I have my RH6.1 server up and running just fine.  I built just a default machine
and installed everything.  I am able to send and receive email without any
problems.  My wife just wants to use Outlook thru windows to get to her email.  

So here is my question.  How do I identify what type of email server I am
running. ie POP3 SMTP or whatever?  If I knew that info I could set up Outlook
to retrieve her email from my server.
