[ale] Caching DNS server and updates

I have been using a forward only(no caching) DNS Server for about a month
now and am thinking about turning on the caching.  This isn't too
complicated but I am also wondering if there is a way I can update my DNS
similar to how an ISP updates their DNS db.  Any ideas on where I should
start looking to do something like this?
