[ale] Exim expert wanted

I run Debian, and it defaults to Exim for the MTA.  I like Exim, and I
think I have it suitably locked down as far as preventing others from
using it to relay SPAM.  However, I notice some messages that get stuck
in the mail queue that SEEM like they are messages being relayed.

I'd like to get five to ten minutes of a gurus time to see if I've got
it right or wrong.
