[ale] 2.0.36 kernel dump

Has anyone seen a issue where the 2.0.36 kernel takes a dump in the init
process?  When it does the entire box crashes and its game over.  This
box is patched with all the redhat 5.2 patches so it is hard to believe
it is a winnuke type exploit.
