[ale] automation program for dns creation

Hi All,
I am very new with Linux
I am happen to be in charge of creating domain for a company
every time I have to do the same steps
go to netconf and add dns
go to quick edit and add six records
then send domain registration form 
setup email accounts
then do web hosting


Is there any utilities that help user to these task quicker
