[ale] Open-source Flash/Shockwave plugin recommendations?

OK, it was bad enough when all the entertainment sites went to Flash. Now
a good portion of corporate America's followed suit as well.

So ... does anybody have any good recommendations for Flash and/or
Shockwave plugins for Mozilla/NS6 (besides Macromedia's)? I'd prefer something
for which source code was available, naturally, but I'll take what I can
get so I don't have to reboot to Win98.
