Is it that you don't want to do the port-forwarding because you want to
forward EVERYTHING to that internal ip?

Checking out the man page for ipmasqadm, there's an option 'ipmasqadm
mfw' that says: 'If  you  need  to  forward one (or more) ports to
internal hosts, consider using mfw module.'

Might that be of some help?
