When AT&T/MediaOne came out to install my cable modem the installer
allowed me to give him 3 MAC addresses to have put in the system.
They did the testing on my windoze box, and when he walked out... I
moved it to my Linux router and it has worked ever since. There are
some outages and REALLLLLYYY slow times... I am actually looking to
move to DSL.
