[ale] HOWTO->hookup a videocam to.....

What kind of camera?  USB?  I would start at www.dejanews.com and search for 
articles there, hopefully you can get a link.  I personally have a creative 
webcam II plus (USB).  It worked right out of the box with Redhat linux 7.1.  
I also have a wintv card that works under linux quite well just in case you 
use a video capture board.  As far as parallel cams go, I have no idea.
