They could be anywhere, and so could their customers.  All of a sudden I get
the impression that you have tunnel vision. ;) The Internet is universal
(yes, universal. It's available on the space station).

Join their ranks and bid on some of the projects.  There are a lot of ALE
folks who can code and could probably use some spare cash.
