[ale] Apache???

Very odd. My web server isn't listening on my external port anymore.
I'm not sure when it stopped either is part of the problem, as I can
only test it internally.
I have tried with and without firewall up, and with and without Listen
directives in my httpd.conf. Nothing in any of the other conf files in
/etc/apache seem to be interfering. I can telnet to the port from
inside just fine.
Anyone know any gotchas that may have somehow snuck in while I wasn't
looking?
