[ale] Charter blocking port 80?

  Does charter cable block port 80?  If I ssh to a remote friend's box I
can telnet to my box on port 25, port 80 says no route to host.  If I
put apache on port 25 for a second it connects via telnet.

  My iptables aren't blocking port 80 so I'm kinda wondering now.
