OK I'm sure more than a few of you knew this already, but KDE 3.x has a pretty 
SWEET font installer!

Before I had been getting AA TrueType fonts the old fashioned way: making a 
directory for them, running ttmkfdir to generate the fonts.dir file and then 
fiddling around with the /etc/X11/XftConfig file.

Well, after all that, I probably only got about half those installed fonts to 
show up on my system. The KDE font installer gets them all as far as I can 
tell. And I dont have to edit files.

Just thought I'd share my joy. ;)
