[ale] OT:DSL Wiring Resolution

Alright, my speed is up to its normal capacity now.  I moved the wire
away from some electrical type box emitting a clearly audible buzz,
removing a slight kink in the line, and recycled the modem.  Not sure
which did the trick but I'm speedin' now!  Thanks for the hep
