I have successfully used the 3Com Model 3C3FEM656C 10/100 LAN+56K Cardbus
card, as well as the Xircom Cardbus Ethernet II 10/100 with relative ease.
The only difficulty I had was getting the PCMCIA slot in a Presario 1230 to
work with the card. My 2 other machines installed and ran w/o a hitch.

Can I get some opinions of a good (meaning reliable, easy configuration, as
inexpensive as possible) PCMCIA Ethernet Card that is compatable with
Linux. I am a RedHat user for the most part and this is most assurably the
distro I will be using on this laptop.
