[ale] XP CDs in Post Office

Someone mentioned at the last meeting that they saw Windows XP promo CDs in
their post office. I checked mine today, and I didn't see any. I guess,
thank goodness, it there isn't some sort of XP/Post Office coordinated
promotion. At least not in my PO...
