[ale] Has the IT market bottomed out?

Ok, I'm gonna complain here.

It's a nice pretty line but what does it mean. Is this tracking job
posting, or job placements? A graph without X and Y axis labels isn't
very useful.

God, I'm starting to sound like my High School Science Teacher.......
