[ale] VNCserver

Ok. Thank you ale for helping me get vnc to work. Now there is only one 
problem. When I use vncserver, it does not show the "Gnome desktop," but 
rather the one I saw in Red Hat 5.0 (windowmaker?). Please help me get the 
GNOME/KDE desktop to show.
