[ale] kernel-drm rpm dependency error

I'm using Red Hat's up2date utility and trying to install XFree86 updates. I
keep getting a "requires kernel-drm-4.1.0" package dependency error. I have
updated to the latest kernel for 7.1 (2.4.9-21) and have searched around on
the net to find this mysterious kernel-drm component. Is this an rpm I
install or an option I set when configuring my kernel. I don't use up2date
to do my kernel - I do it by hand using their source files - so maybe I need
to set a compile flag? Any ideas anyone?
