Yeah, there is a setup cost, but hell I'd ask them to work with you, you 
never know. Tell them you can go with BS with no install chgs.  You do 
get the static IP and they don't block any ports.

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
