[ale] starting a linux-pda list

Given the (slowly) growing number of users on this list who use
linux-based pdas, I was wondering if anyone might be interested in
starting up a linux-pda list for the Atlanta area.  We could create it
either as an ale list or I could set it up on one of my servers.
