Have you downloaded the latest Cygwin setup utility? That might change how
your setup is analyzed. Also, IIRC XFree86 is NOT installed by default; you
have to explicitly select it in the package download/installation list.
AFAIK, XFree86 isn't dependent on a particular Windows variant.
