[ale] CrossOver Office VS Win4Lin

Win4lin is a more complete solution.  More programs should run under
it.  It is also a little more intrusive since it requires kernel
patches.

I'm embarrassed to say that I'm now using CrossOver Office to run
Outlook and it seems to work well, though I haven't robustly tested it.
