[ale] floppy linux, libc 6

Yeah, 1.2Mb, why such a difference? Also, if I can't get libc6 to work,
anyone have any experience compiling libc5 binaries on a libc6 host
system? I'm trying to get svgalib compiled for libc5 on my libc6 machine.
