Sorry, but education does not lead to honesty, nor does poverty necessarily 
lead to crime.

I give you  the CEO's of Enron, AA and WorldCom as examples to prove my 
point, along with any number of hard-working, honest garbage collectors, 
asphalt-layers, burger-flippers, etc...
