I have a web bot that indexes links similar to
blogdex.media.mit.edu's.  Unfortunately my service at home is somewhat
crappy.  The Job has a 50/50 chance of completing OK.  Otherwise my
Internet service turns to crap and I have to reset the cable modem.

This job takes several hours each night yet can be run at any time.

Is there a hosting service that will allow me to take advantage of
non-peak bandwidth for minimal cost
