[ale] Digital cable and Freevo/MythTV/Tivo/<insert pvr here>

I can only talk to the sake of Tivo but it works absolutely great for
me.  The Tivo takes the input form the cablebox, the quality is great,
etc etc etc.  I'm to the point of trying to talk my wife into ordering a
second one since they can now share media with the home netwokring
option.
