[ale] Monitor goes into sleep mode

In version 1.2.1 of Gnome Control Center it is the third item under
Desktop. I would be surprised if they took it out in later versions...

Or to access it through the menu on the panel go to Programs -> Settings
-> Desktop -> Screensaver
