[ale] fetchmail site weirdness

That *is* weird.  I get it, too.

It looks like the whole www.tuxedo.org site is down.  It is responding with 
a "302 Moved Temporarily" response and then the redirect.  Either Eric 
himself took it down, or some cracker with a sense of humor has gotten to 
him.
