[ale] phpmyadmin

What I did is download the tool and install it. Just download the tarball,
unzip it, configure it for my DB, then it ran perfectly. :~)
You shouldn't need to recompile everything (if you have PHP, MySQL and
Apache already installed and working), just slide it in and go. (That's
how it worked for me)
We are talking about phpMyAdmin, correct? http://www.phpmyadmin.net/
