[ale] Dual NICs

Check out Intel's server NICs. They come in 100 and 1000 MB. While there 
are drivers in the kernel already to make these cards work, you can also 
go for Intel's own linux drivers. Intel also has fail over and load 
balancing software to go with their drivers to make the cards work together.
