1 or 2 servers, go local. 100 servers? If you're getting ready to buy 100
servers you should seriously think about Dell. You'll probably get
somewhere around 12-18% off at that level. No local vendor is going to be
able to provide a quality product for that kind of money without going
bankrupt. I don't care who they are. Simple economics come into play at
that level.
