[ale] blocking adds at the Firewall?

I think somebody here once mentioned webwasher.com.  i have just started playing
with it.  free to home/educational users, and they support Linux, Mac and
Windows.  very configurable, although the Mac port seems to have some issues
(i've not been able to get it to play nice as a client, it keeps letting
AOL/Orbitz/Netscape ads through).  the free Linux server version only allows 2
clients, then you gotta pay.
