Steve,

In my experience, this is accomplished either by setting jumpers on the
card or by using a setup disk provided by the manufacturer.  I'm not aware
of any way to do it from a linux command prompt.  In fact, all cards I
have that use a setup disk require you to boot into dos and run the setup
utility from there.
