If you want it to run on Wintendo, ActiveState ships with Tk
(IMSMR) so it's a good option in that case (as long as you don't mind
the early 90s' Motif look). There's also a Gtk+ front end (supposedly
also a Gtk+ 2 wrapper that was just released), as well as Qt and
WxWindows. I'd poked with the old Gtk+ a year+ ago and it was useable
if you were familiar with the C API (in fact there really wasn't any
perl specific documentation as such; everything maped pretty much
one-to-one to the C calls).
