[ale] renaming file with hyphen in the name...

Hey guys, I've done this one time in the past, but I don't recall how to 
get around it.  I ran openssl and it created a file named:  -cert.pem 
instead of cert.pem    I can't rename it or move it or anything because 
all the utils are seeing the -c as a flag.  I tried putting it in 
quotes, and escaping it with a \ but no adeu.

Can anyone help me rename this file?
