[ale] OT: Send SMS to Cingular phone, no Internet

Does anyone know how to have a computer send an SMS message to a 
Cingular phone, WITHOUT having internet access (a modem is available). 
 sendpage looks like the answer software wise, but I have no clue about 
how to configure it (what phone number to call, etc.)  In fact, I don't 
even know if Cingular supports such....
