(1) Make a grub boot floppy.
(2) Move your drive
(3) Use the grub boot floppy to boot your kernel and set the correct root fs.
(single user)
(4) Fix configuration files (fstab,..) to reflect the drive move.
(5) (if needed) Use the grub boot floppy to boot your kernel and set the
correct root fs. (multi user)
(5) (Re)Install grub on your hard disk.
The grub manual is your friend ;-)
