Guys,
I have a place booked for one week ( Aug 10 - Aug 17 ) in Mayan Palace,
Mexico ( 35 km south from Cancun ). Here is the link :

studio ( can't remember now ).  It is NOT "all inclusive" thing.
They built the place last year ( or two ) - so everything is brand new.

I'm giving away just because i can't go .
