[ale] Memory aid requested

If memory serves, somebody mentioned where RH 9 hides the entries to 
create menus with, or perhaps where they hid the application to do so. 
Either way, I looked at the past three months archives on the web site and 
missed the information. If somebody remembers or knows, I'd rather 
appreciate hearing.

I'm off to double check the RH stuff (I don't think I've _ever_ seen that 
information listed, but I need to double check).
