Ha! It's only happened once in recent memory.  But it was the only place I
had some important passwords written, thankfully in ballpoint and pencil
(that watery ink bleeds terribly in the wash).

Upon further reflection, I suppose if you are prone to washing important
things, a keychain usb drive is NOT the best solution in the world. "Yes,
it's solid state. Yes, it's very cool. But how does it do on spin cycle??"
